A fast-paced Sushi Shop is wanting an experienced, reliable hospitality staff (person) for kitchen hand position. The shop is located in the East Perth area so we would like to have someone who lives locally or around the shop area (East Perth area). This is a day/ lunch shift position starting from 11 am onward & ends exactly at 1 pm
(In total the shift will run for 2 hours per day). Similarly, you’ve to available at work for five days a week over Monday to Friday. Mainly, the works/ duties that you’ve to do consist of washing dishes & kitchen utensils/ tools, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen & shop, making bento boxes, etc.
For this role, we want those staff who have got proven experience of working in a busy kitchen (as kitchen hand) & also those who have got a good knowledge of handling kitchen tools like a sharp knife, dishwasher, etc. You should be able to take your responsibility even in a busy or fast-paced environment.
You’ve to maintain a professional relationship between shop members. You’ve to be reliable, dedicated, fast handed, tactful, presentable, responsible & trustworthy with a keen eye for details. Ideally, this job is suitable for someone who is in search of part-time shift work.
